ABOUT US
"Flowers On Her Terms" was founded by Wendy Hayes, an American who has lived in Newcastle, Australia for over 20 years.
A family business which is run by 3 sisters, we believe that every woman deserves a dose of inspiration and encouragement along with a lovingly crafted boquet arrangement.
Wendy's career has spanned hospitality, event management and the Non-For-Profit space - where she cultivated her love of creating beautiful, unique and personal experiences using flowers and gifts - as a way to inspire people going through different seasons of life.
Wendy also serves as the Creative Director of 'Life On Her Terms Media', and is mama to a nearly grown-up daughter. When she isn't creating bespoke floristry magic for clients, she can be found reading Jane Austen books and working in her garden.
